In the unlikely event that you want to exchange your product, based on other reasons, please follow the below given guidelines:

Step 1:

Simply contact Customer Care Team by writing an email to within 3 working days of delivery to request an exchange.

Step 2:

Once your request is approved, we will place an exchange order on your behalf and note the items to be sent in exchange

Step 3:

In case you’ve requested item(s) in exchange, our delivery agent will pick up exchange item(s) from your doorstep and deliver the fresh order.

Terms and Conditions for items to be exchanged

All items should be new, unused, and with all Kandygs and brand tags on the garment still attached. Items that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.

We allow an exchange of item(s) purchased on except for dresses, menswear, accessories and handbags. If you have any inquiries about size, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Item(s) can be exchanged for a different size, or an alternative product(s), subject to availability of stock by making a payment for the difference in price, if any, or for store credit. The purchased item(s) are your responsibility until they reach us. We request you to ensure that they’re packed up properly for the exchange to avoid damage and tampering on their way to us. All exchange items will be inspected once we receive them before we can complete an exchange request.

We try hard to accept all items returned to us and implement our exchange and credit policy. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Please note that we do not provide cash backs or refunds. Since images on display will have colour variations by different electronic devices, we will not accept returns based on colour variations on actuals vs online display.
